With nearly 1,300 participants from around 80 nationalities, ICCA 2026 Congress in Madrid has been a remarkable gathering of the global arbitration community.

The event consisted of a few days of intense conversations, new connections, and meaningful exchanges, including discussions on how legal experts can best support clients in resolving M&A disputes worldwide.

This year icluded a strong Polish accent – Marcin Czepelak, Secretary General at Permanent Court of Arbitration in Hague opening the Congress with a keynote speech, at the biggest global arbitration event, was simply a proud moment for us.

ICC Poland was represented by our President, dr hab. Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz, prof. INP PAN.
